VK9WI Crew nearing Willis Island.
Good progress has been made in the last 24 hours with the "Bach &
Byte" sailing on throughout the night.
Under strong winds on Thursday the crew expected to arrive sometime late Friday, however with the winds easing they now anticipate arriving early Saturday (local time) and be operational Saturday afternoon.
At 2300 UTC 11/5/00 this morning they were located at 18 30'S 150 15'E and 133nm due South of Willis Island and averaging a speed of 7kts.
