Robin has held several important posts both in AMSAT and Amateur Radio, including that of President, AMSAT for North America. The photo at right was taken in 2007 at a gathering of the ARISS team. Robin is seen standing with a mockup of OSCAR-E. Robin oversaw the development of  AO-51, one of Amateur Radio's most successful satellites.
