be made beforehand with the BARC Secretary as there are limited access points available.
The MtGravatt Showgrounds reserves the right to charge additional rentals over and
above the listed rental fees depending on the likely wear and tear on the venue.
Particularly to the floor
EQUIPMENT FOR SALE MUST NOT BE PUT ON THE FLOOR, AMPLE
TABLE SPACE WILL THEREFORE BE REQUIRED
The Mt Gravatt Showgrounds reserves the right to control and direct parking on the
grounds. Parking on the lawn is prohibited unless special arrangements are made
FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ANY OF THESE CONDITIONS; FORFEITURE
OF THE WHOLE OR PART OF THE BOND MAY OCCUR.
