Meetings
The meetings for March are:
| Friday 11th | Social meeting. |
| Friday 25th | Business meeting. |
If you have something you wish to give a talk on at either of these meetings let me know so I can let others know about it.
Repeater
The club repeater is currently off the air. It is being re programmed to give more versatility to its operation. It will be able to be operated at higher power and be able to operate with or without sub audible tone.
BARCfest
Notification has been sent to clubs and stall holders from last year and bookings are coming in slowly so BARCfest 2011 is under way.
Members
We have a new member of the club Derek Webb. Derek does not have a licence but has a great interest in electronics and is an experimeter which is good to see.
Kevin VK4ZR, and xyl Dawn are enjoying themselves on a cruise around New Zealand and other areas.
Kel VK4AZ, has not been heard on the nets lately so he must be busy doing other things.
Don VK4DS, has been making an antenna for 70cm and it is undergoing testing at the moment. Hope all goes well Don.
Contests
I have no information this month on contests.
