ww-convers und seine tuecken.
war hier auf dem TNOS knoten in sydney .... mir wurde angezeigt, you are
on ww-convers channel 1174 und trotzdem ging nix. meine spezls in BAY waren
in hb9ae und diese behaupteten, sie waeren auch im channel 1174. ich weiss
nicht was da los war. dieses packet dauert auch so nervig lange bis da ein
link aufgebaut ist ..passwoerter, callsigns ... echt nervig. ich habe das
dann frustiert aufgegeben, da ich nicht hier den halben urlaub mit diesem
vergeuden wollte. sorry, der wille war da. entweder war ich zu dumm das
zu beherrschen oder was weiss ich.
habe mich dann lieber der echten funkerei hier zugewandt ... hi

wx ist echt schlechter geworden, in cairns braut sich ein neuer cyclone
zusammen, hier hat es geregnet.

morgen frueh wird gepackt ..dann zum gordon tschuess sagen und dann mittwoch
in aller frueh die 200 km nach brisbane angegangen ...bummeln und passieren
darf nix .. um 11.25 geht der flieger nach hongkong.

hoffe euch und speziell dich nicht zu sehr genervt zu haben ... fuer mich
war es etwas action, ich hatte immer was zu tun. nur in der sonne liegen,
da trocknet ja das hirn ein.

Hartmut and Brigitte spent the last days in a motel at a camping site on Fingal Head some kilometers south of Brisbane in the village Coolangatta. Good conditions, warm weather with temperatures up to 30 degrees celsius and ocean waves up to 2 meters. Hartmut made a lot of nice contacts, one was  a chat over 2 hours with a german on Tonga island (A35), a dream for a ham from the far europe. Actions to use the WorldWideConvers on channel 1174 were not succesfull due to the special conditions in the australian packet net. At the moment the weather is changing and they got some rain.  On tuesday they will visit Gordon, VK2AGE,.and say him Hallo and Good bye. At 11:25 local time on wednesday Apr 5th the airplane will lift off from Brisbane to Hong Kong .
