This little radio is called a SW40+. It was designed by Dave Benson, NN1G of Small Wonder Labs. I built this tranceiver into a small plastic Radio Shack project box which measures 6" x 3-3/16" x 1-7/8". I have the power output set at the 2 watt level. The output is very clean, and the receiver in this radio is very sensitive. I have been making many contacts on 40 meters with this radio, and it is one of my favorites.
