The fix was simply replacing Q9 and Q10 on the control board (only one was bad, but decided to replace them both). ESD can zap those transistors, so make sure and touch the chassis before using the internal probe. I might have zapped them, failing to do that. The ESD issue was brought to my attention by tech support (thanks Gary S and Scott), and it is a good lesson. All is well on the Frequency front. Also thanks to K1RFP, K3XT, K4FD, N0SS, and K1JD for side notes and responses. I hope I haven't forgotten anyone, all help was appreciated.
