When I was adding ADIF export support to my Ontario QSO Party logging 
program I searched the net for ADIF related programs. I was trying to find 
out more about the country codes used in ADIF. During my search I ran 
across a program for Windows called DBF2ADI (it might be listed as 
DBFTOADI). This program allows you to convert any DBF style database to an 
ADI file.

The program was written by EA7DIU (ea7diu at qsl.net). It can be found here:
