Comments from the QSL Cards
07 Mar  2105    N1BT    Dave    Pittsfield, MA – Tnx FB QSO es nice QSL card.  Ur WWII rig is great.
Hr age 68 es xnavy BM during Korean War.  Hpe c u agn

31 Mar  2224    VA3ZBB  Rod     Ottawa, ON - Good show on the ’19!  Just this morning at our
weekly QCWA breakfast I overheard Croft Taylor, VE3CT, discussing his
early military years battling the Type 1 set (Croft was in high school
military at the time).  I’ve got to show him and the other gray hairs my
		valued VA3WSN QSL card.  I’m 81, a U.S. Signal Corps radio sergeant,
southwest Pacific, in WWII.  We used such relics as the BC-191 until
better gear caught up with us in the islands.  The new stuff was fancy,
but jungle rot found it easy prey.  Immediately we had to remount all
transformer casings above ground and paint them bright red. Death traps!
All best wishes to you and your gang, Bob C U L and thanks again.

09 Apr  0015    W1DDW   Tom     Pittsfield, MA - Tnx for the WS19 Group QSL!  Very nice!
Hope to c u on AWA over the winter
01 Jul  2201    XM2AWR  Serge   Charlesbourg,QC - Nice to hear about the WS-19 Group!
Here hamming since 1956, and, of course, used the WS-19 (Mk II and
Mk III) myself for a while!  Also, met my wife (VE2AZJ) by radio,
while she was herself using a 19 Set (1964).  I was also an officer in
the C. S. of C. (Cadet Services of Canada) from 1959 to 1962, and
was training cadets in Cadet Regimental Corps #30 in Montreal.
During the summer taught WS-19, CPRC-26 and other communications
hardware to cadets in Farnham, QC.  So, I do know a bit about
        	the 19 Set!  Hi

6 Sep   2045    W1RRU   Bill    Southbury, CT - It was a pleasure to participate in
your celebration – many congrats.  I always enjoy QSOing stations with
old gear…in keeping with my dated equipment.  I tell people that tubes
help keep me warm in winter.  Rig is Ranger with 50 W input and
RME 4350A receiver plus zig-zag wire in condo attic.

6 Sep   2105    VE3FGU  Mike    Keswick - Nice to work a WS19 again.  I had a Mk 2 &
Mk 3 when first licensed in ‘62
