RCSWS QTH Map & Driving Directions

Here is a map showing the location of the room for joint meetings of the Rose City Seniors Wireless Society & Welland County Amateur Radio Club. The joint meetings are held at the Carrie Lyne Pinnard Memorial Centre, a former public school, near the junction of Forkes and Canal Banks Rds in Welland. The building is on the south side of Forkes Rd, just east of intersection of Forkes Rd, Canal Bank Rd & Kingsway St. The entrance to the building's parking lot is off of Forkes Rd. As of 2002.01.01, meetings are held on the first Thursday of each month with hosting alternating each month between RCSWS and WCARC starting with RCSWS.

Directions from:

- St Catharines / Thorold

- Hwy. 406 south until you reach
- Main St. E. (in Welland) then turn right and go west until you reach
- Crowland Ave., then turn left and go south until you reach
- Townline Rd., then turn right and go west until you reach
- Canal Bank Rd. at the stop light, then turn left and go south (past the John Deer plant) until you reach the stop light at the intersection with
- Forkes Rd. at the bridge, then turn left at the light and go east approx 30 metres until you reach
- the rear entrance to the paved parking lot on the south hand side of Forkes Rd. The meeting room is in the former public school; it has no stairs to climb and a nice class room setting.

- Niagara Falls

- Montrose Rd south until you reach
- Schisler Rd., then turn right and go west until you reach
- Main St. E. (just east of the Tunnel), proceed west on Main St. E. until you reach
- Crowland Ave., then follow the directions for coming from St. Cath., above, from Crowland onward.

- Port Colborne

- Elm St. north until you reach
- Forkes Rd. then turn right and go east (over the bridge) until you reach
- the stop light at the intersection with Canal Bank Rd., then go approx. 30 metres further east to
- the rear entrance to the paved parking lot on the south hand side of Forkes Rd. The meeting room is in the former public school; it has no stairs to climb and a nice class room setting.

- Fort Erie

- Hwy 3 to Port Colborne until you reach
- Elm St. then follow the directions for Pt. Col., above.
