Why did we choose the call TS7N?

TS

7N

The normal Prefix of Tunisia is 3V8. All official stations use this prefix: 3V8BB, 3V8CB, 3V8ST and also the recent Dxpeditions like 3V8BT and 3V8DJ.
But in Tunisia they can also use TS as a prefix for radio stations. So we applied for TS to give you a new prefix!

A historic turning point: The accession of President Zine El Abidine Ben Ali to the highest executive office, on November 7, 1987, saved the country from institutional and economic collapse. This leadership transition, the first in Tunisia's post-independence history, took place peacefully and according to the terms of the Constitution. It ushered the country into a new era, often referred to as the Change. And in fact, a lot did change since.
So
7N stands for the 7th of November!
