Left Click .. Start > Settings > Control Panel> Network Connections
Fare Sol Tık .. Start > Ayarlar > Kontrol Paneli > Ağ Bağlantıları
Highlight .. Local Area Connection and Right Click
Renklenen .. Yerel Ağ Bağlantısı ve Sağ Tık
Left Click .. Properties
Fare Sol Tık .. Özellikler

Şimdi karşınızda alttaki menünün olması gerekiyor.
Click the Advanced Tab
Şimdi Gelişmiş Yazan Kutucuğa Tıklayın
Check there is a tick in the checkbox as displayed below and click Settings
Görünümdeki kutucuğun içini tıklayarak aktif edin.
On the Advanced Settings, Services .. Click Add
Gelişmiş Ayarlarda Servisler Bölümüne geliniz.
In box provided "Description of Service"enter .. TCP 5200
Ekle' ye tıklayarak TCP 5200 portunu girin.
In the next box "Name or IP address .... "enter your computer name
Sonra bilgisayarinizin Adını veya IP' sini girin.
Exactly as shown in Control Panel > System > Computer Name
Bu bilgiyi kontrol panelindeki Sistem ve Bilgisayar Adı bölümünden öğrenebilirsiniz.
Be sure you enter the "Full computer name" exactly as displayed.

Do not confuse this with "Computer Description"
"Bilgisayar Tanımı" ile karıştırmayın.
In the next box "External Port for this service" .. enter 5200 and bullet TCP on the right of this box.
Sonraki "Bu hizmetin dış bağlantı noktasına 5200 'ü girin ve TCP yi seçin.
In the next box "Internal Port for this service" .. enter 5200 and click on OK.
Yine sonraki kutucuktaki "Bu hizmetin iç bağlantı noktasına 5200 'ü girin ve TAMAM 'a tıklayın.
On the "Advanced Settings" screen click Add and repeat the above for UDP port 5198.
Aynı işlemleri UDP 5198 ve 5199 portları içinde tekrarlayın.
In box provided "Description of Service" enter .. UDP 5198

In the next box "Name or IP address .... " enter your computer name
IP adresi veya İsim yerine "Bilgisarınızın Adı" nı kullanabilirsiniz, fakat yine "Bilgisayarın Tanımı" ile karıştırmayın.

EĞER Bir NETWROK'ten ERİŞİMİNİZ VAR İSE / IF USING A NETWORKED COMPUTER
In the next box "Name or IP address .... " enter the STATIC ip address of the computer running EchoLink
IP adresi olarak EchoLink'i çalıştırdığınız bilgisayara atanan statik IP iyi girin.
In the next box "External Port for this service" .. enter 5198 and bullet UDP on the right of this box.
In the next box "Internal Port for this service" .. enter 5198 and click on OK.
On the "Advanced Settings" screen click Add and repeat the above for UDP port 5199.

Yine UDP 5198 ve 5199 uncu portları daha once anlatildigi sekilde fakat Statik IP'yi kullanarak ayarlayın.

Not : Statik IP ile kastedilen IP numarası bilgisyarınızın Ağ 'daki numarası olup, Win 95, 98 ve Me üzerinde Başlat->Çalıştırda winipcfg yazarak görebilirsiniz. Yine Windows 2000, NT , XP ve 2003 de ise Komut İstemşnde ipconfig yazarak bulanabilir.
