QTH:

I operate from two locations. My primary QTH is in an urban place near the center of Athens @ KM17ux, my second QTH lies in Lalioti, a village 100 km West of Athens @ KM18ia.

Transceivers:

Flex Radio SDR-1000 for MF, HF use. It actually is a Software Defined Radio (SDR) witch is based on Quadrature Sampling method described in a series of articles (1, 2, 3 & 4) written by Gerald Youngblood AC5OG and published in QEX.
Icom  IC-706mkIIg for general all band - all mode use.
Kenwood TM-G707 for V/U FM mobile use.

Alinco DJ-V5 for V/U FM handheld use.

Receivers
:

Sangean ATS-803A. A general purpose AM-SW-FM receiver with elementary SSB & CW demodulation. I have tapped a downconverter at 450 Kc IF path, in order to get 12Kc for DRM demodulation. Due to significant PLL phase noise overall DRM performance is poor and only strong stations can be decoded. You can find this modification here.

Sat-Schneider DRT-1, is a superhet double conversion receiver module with excellent performance. It is software controlled via a PC serial port and produces an IF of 12 kHz CF and 10 kHz BW. Due to its low phase noise it's ideal for DRM decoding.

Elektor USB SDR Receiver, is a simple SDR receiver with onboard VFO and good performance from 10kHz up to 21MHz.
