of Athens @ KM17ux, my second QTH lies in Lalioti, a village 100 km West of Athens @

Receivers:
| Sangean ATS-803A. A general purpose AM-SW-FM receiver with elementary SSB & CW demodulation. I have tapped a downconverter at 450 Kc IF path, in order to get 12Kc for DRM demodulation. Due to significant PLL phase noise overall DRM performance is poor and only strong stations can be decoded. You can find this modification here. |
| Sat-Schneider DRT-1, is a superhet double conversion receiver module with excellent performance. It is software controlled via a PC serial port and produces an IF of 12 kHz CF and 10 kHz BW. Due to its low phase noise it's ideal for DRM decoding. |
| Elektor USB SDR Receiver, is a simple SDR receiver with onboard VFO and good performance from 10kHz up to 21MHz. |
