2015 Sterlingfest

The Sterling Park Amateur Radio Club hosted a special event station at the 2015 Sterling Festival on Saturday, 10 October 2015..

STERLING FEST was a good event.  We had many people stop-by to chat.  Several inactive hams in the area visited our tent.

We had an excellent conversation with Scott York, Chairman of the Loudoun County Supervisors.  Discussions included antennas, the positive side of being a ham, etc.
 
Paul, K4PDF, and I decided we need a brochure for our next event.  Three visitors asked us for SPARC’s web site address and time/location of our meetings.  ...
