I found the numbers for our past performance on the ARRL web site:

   2007   overall ranking was   184  of  2,333  entries with 5,846 points and 1,403 QSOs
   2006   overall ranking was   210  of  2,184  entries with 5,554 points and 1,327 QSOs 
   2005   overall ranking was   242  of  2,202  entries with 5,126 points and 1,330 QSOs
   2004   overall ranking was   262  of  2,250  entries with 5,042 points and 1,236 QSOs
   2003   overall ranking was   589  of  2,085  entries with 2,748 points and    715 QSOs
   2002   overall ranking was   367  of  2,100  entries with 4,452 points and 1,280 QSOs

In order to move up in the rankings based upon last year's log entries:

  Another 500  points moves us to a ranking of  150
  Another 1000 points moves us to a ranking of 124
  Another 2000 points moves us to a ranking of  83
  Doubling our score moves us to a ranking of  25
