Gentlemen:
The WestNet web page has changed its url and is now 
known as the 'SCAPS' home page.  The links to/from the 
SCAPS eGroup has also been updated.  The new page is at 
http://www.qsl.net/scdcc/scaps/index.html 

I'm also proposing a new page format which is published at
http://home.earthlink.net/~sojatechlabs/index.html
While the new page it is still in this area where it can 
readily be changed please submit your suggestions to this 
list by sending an E-Mail to SCAPS@egroups.com
Alternatively you may send text via packet radio to:

The picture included it to show we might think about 
including a picture of something; maybe us?
If there are no objections, I'll take that as a yea 
and publish the pages, with the disclaimer.  At the 
next meeting we will finalize the publication and 
any submissions or changes thereof.
