"Ayusha-Z80" - single board CP/M-compatible computer
Let's talk "AZ80" so that the name was shorter :)

 

Two versions of the computer were designed - with CF-card and with SD/SDHC-card. Both versions based on Grant Searle's Z80 SBC and monitor and keyboard controller.

Technical data:

Processor - Z80

Сlock, MHz: CF version - 1.2288, 2.4576, 4.9152; SD version - 2.4576, 4.9152 (the first is the minimum recommended).

ROM - 2 pages of 16K

RAM - 64K, in CP / M mode is fully available.

Communication interface - 9600 8-N-1 (19200 available).

Video interface - B/W PAL TV out (NTSC available)

Parallel interface: CF version - 3 x 8-bit bidirectional lines; SD version - 2 x 8-bit bidirectional lines.

Keyboard interface: AT, PS/2, USB (without internal hubs) keyboards support, based on Sebastian Kienzl project PS/2 Keyboard for Apple II.

Optional cassete port - SD version.

CF/SD/SDHC card - 128M at least, formatted to 15 volumes of 8M and 1 volume of 2M.

OS - CP/M 2.2

 

 

Video interface support text modes 80x25, 40x25, 80x12, 40x12, graphics mode 160x100, standard codepage and cyrillic CP866 (switcing on keyboard by Scroll Lock).

 

 

 

Video and keyboard interface, in addition to the installed code pages, it can be easily reprogrammed by displaying and entering any national code page.
