An extraordinary meeting of amateur radio operators that was held on February 8, 2026, was a great success. Around 25 persons, mostly radio hams, gathered together and a lot of different topics were intensively discussed. And a written questionnaire as to whether to have another such meeting showed unambiguous high interest in doing so. The consensus was to have two such meetings every year, the first being in February and the second in November, always on the second Sunday of the month, each beginning at 11 a.m. HS0ZFD said he would try to relocate the meeting to the "Beer Garden" at 33/3 Sukhumvit Soi 19 near the Asok BTS station for easy access, convenience and respectability to get cold beers and fine food.
