Dear members of the Radio Amateur Society of Thailand under Royal Patronage (RAST).
With the regulations of the Radio Amateur Society of Thailand Under the Royal Patronage, Article 22 stipulating that there will be an Annual General Meeting once a year, with the approval of the association's executive committee and the Secretary-General. Therefore, it is announced that the 2023 Annual General Meeting will take place on Saturday, March 2, 2024 at 12.00 noon at the Mafai Tent Area, No. 360/5 Village No. 5, Cha-om Subdistrict, Kaeng Khoi District, Saraburi Province 18110, with the agenda being as follows:

Agenda 1: Matters that the Chairman informs the meeting about.
Agenda 2: Certification of the minutes of the 2022 Annual General Meeting.
Agenda 3: Matters with information:
3.1 Report on the performance of the association for the year 2023.
3.2 Financial statements of the association for the year 2023 (ending December 31, 2023).
Agenda No. 4: Matters for consideration:
4.1 Appointment of annual auditors and the determination of remuneration.
Agenda 5: Other matters:
5.1 Election of a new executive board of the association.
