This is the letter of invitation to the RAST 2015 Annual General Meeting (AGM) that will take place on March 6, 2016 at Sena Place Hotel.
The meeting will begin at 11.30 a.m. and a buffet lunch will be available.
Once there is a quorum, there will be a vote to approve the minutes of the previous AGM, a summary of activities of the society over the past year, a vote to approve the appointment of an auditor for 2016 and a summary of the number of RAST members. After this, voting will take place to elect the RAST President and a committee to serve the society for the next two years.
There will also be an opportunity to amend any regulations that might be proposed and seconded by members during the meeting.
