- The diploma is universal and of permanent character, sponsored by AREP - Association of Radio amateurs of Eletropaulo, could be requested properly by any radio amateur licensed of the world that checks to have accomplished bilateral contacts in HF with all the States of Brazil and Distrito Federal.
The petitioner should send a letter registered for the " manager of competitions " of AREP,
PY2YW - Antonio Demarinis, post office box 65002, ZIP CODE 01390-970 São Paulo -SP, accompanied of original QSL's checking the accomplishment of the contacts and/or presence certificates..
QSL's of stations PU or ZZ should indicate the origin State clearly.
Seeking to motivate the exchange of operators, it will be admitted for ends of confirmation of credit of States, any operation of the petitioner in any State of Brazil, since it has accomplished 50 QSO's at least during that its special operation. The presence confirmation in the State will be made through certificate copy requested to the any authority policeman of the place in the State.
For the diploma they will be worth contacts accomplished after 01.01.1990 in any band of HF or modality authorized for radio amateurs.
The petitioners should send to AREP the quantity of R$ 12,00 or 12 IRC for covering of the expenses of shipping of the certificate and the refund of QSL's.
