All Portuguese Language Countries Award - PLCA

PLCA is a diploma servant for Northeast Brazil DX/SWL Group, that consists of the accomplishment of contacts with stations of I radiate amateurs located at 10 different countries (DXCC - List), where it is spoken the Portuguese Language.

Basic rules:

Bilateral contacts or reports confirmed SWL, in any band or authorized way, with 10 countries in the World where it is spoken the Portuguese Language (DXCC - List), as it proceeds below in the list:

C9 - Mozambique
CT3 - Madeira Is.
D2 - Angola
J5 - Guinea Bissau
PY - Brazil
PY0F - Fernando de Noronha Is.
PY0T - Trinidad & Martin Vaz Is.
PY0S - St. Peter & Paul Rocks
XX9 - Macao
CT - Portugal
ASS - Azores Is.
D4 - Cape Verde
S9 - San Tome & Prince

All the contacts should be made of a same Country.

Contacts should be with Terrestrial Stations or Mobiles, anchored or not, but aerial contacts are not allowed.

The Diploma PLCA will be granted to the everybody I radiate licensed amateurs and SWL's.

There is not restriction of dates.

Endorsements: I contact with 13 (everybody) related Countries.

GCR Lista is necessary. Everybody contacts should be confirmed by QSL.

It is not necessary to send QSL's to obtain the Diploma.

For the Diploma and endorsement it is necessary U $4.00 or 05 (five) IRC's (he/she Saw Air Mail). For Endorsements just, U $1.00 or 01 (Hum) IRC.

The Diploma PLCA possesses 310mm X 215mm, printed paper in 2 colors.
