This Rules is exclusive for stations of Brazil : Out,31 96 This diploma will be checked to the radio amateur or SWL that to check to have maintained contacts with located stations in Brazilian islands as to proceed: 1 - they will be valid QSO's/SWL without date restriction, in the bands of 160 to 6 meters, in any modality, being prohibited the contacts in all bands/modes. The contacts will owe to have been accomplished inside of the country. Erasured QSL's will lose the value. 2 - the remittance of QSL's won't be demanded. A list is enough GCR (General Certification Rule) authenticated by entity radio amateur or two radio amateurs class " A ", checked to the view of the presented QSL's. In the total lack of these, to send photocopy of QSL's. 3 - the diploma can be requested by the confirmation of they have been worked/SWL, a minimum of twenty (20) Brazilian islands already activated and numbered. All it lists GCR it should be filled in the numeric order of the islands, name of the island, station worked/SWL, date, band, and way. The diploma is printed in paper type parchment with 280mm x 218mm. 3.1 - it will be validated as contact, island in that the petitioner of the Diploma has accomplished operation, joining, in that case, QSL confirmed. 4 - the cost of the diploma to Brazil will be of US$ 6.00 or 8 IRC's. The simple load is included. 4.1 - endorsements will be made by stamps supplied by means of solicitation, for initially each ten (10) new islands worked/SWL, tottaly 30, 40, 50, and 60,e to proceed, for new groups of five (5) islands, tottaly 65, 70, 75, etc. ,ao cost of US$1,00 or 2 IRC for endorsement. To send SAE close to the Relationship as endorsement request. 4.2 - a Trophy of Honor can be requested (constituted of a Brazilian stone, agate in leaf with medium height of 10 cm, in wood base with allusive silver plaqueta), for the I work of 65 different islands, to the cost of US$25,00 or 30 IRCs. In the confirmation of 65 islands the petitioner will be included in the " List of Honor " (with the endorsement HR, at the same cost mentioned in 4.1). 4.3 - endorsement of QRP will be supplied, without cost ,se this operation type to consist in all the QSL's and in the list GCR when of the request initial of the Diploma. 5 - PS7AB - Ronaldo B.
