JABURU
Resolvemos copiar a idéia e assim nasceu o JABURU.

O circuito final do transceptor:

Boa montagem !

JABURU
A transceiver with a DC phase receiver.
I was surfing the WEB searching interesting things and I find a article of my friend Onno PA2OHH.
In the article it describes a direct conversion receiver which practically annuls the so inconvenient image of the signal of cw, that confuses our QSOs, for this he uses a +45 degrees and a -45 degrees phasing in the input signal (RF), mixes the signals in separate mixers, processes the audio signals where it turns the phases again, it adds the exits where one laterals is practically cancelled and amplifies the audio resultant.
We decide to copy the idea and thus the JABURU was born.
Blocks diagram:
Here some phasing circuits
I choose the A type, because I use TA7358 as mixer
I test other way to change phase with good results also:
The circuit audio phasing was the sane used by Onno in its circuits, with the difference to use a potentiometer in the exit, in order to balance the levels of audio, attenuating more the unwanted signal
The final circuit of the transceiver:
Photos of assembly
Although the
propagation this year (2006 July) to be very bad we obtain good QSOs and the
reception helps very much, the ideal for contests is to add an audio filter.
The attenuation of the undesirable
band is of 20 ~25 dB, measures in the SDR receiver as it can be seen in copies
of the screen:

Unwanted signal
Who to want to build for experimentation or use you must have some cares, therefore the circuit of RF phase has high impedance an it favors the interaction of the circuits. The ideal is to build 50 Ohms circuits, with low impedance
