 WWVH 20-MHz outlet joined its silent WWV brothers on Feb 1. Reactivation
 of any now-closed outlets may be possible if sunspot activity warrants.

 The predicted Swiss smoothed sunspot numbers are now on the  upswing, so
 Cycle 21 is now underway (and from recent observations here, it is off to
 a very healthy start).
