A few good Es events for the month, but otherwise the 3rd below-par
summer Es season in a row here. The new 96.1 catch came when the local
had an outage. The 95.3 WY managed to trounce the local translator for
an extended time on Aug 14. Too much in-state tropo to have any luck
with RDS during the Perseid meteor shower.
