Purpose General purpose aircraft receiver designed primarily for use with transmitter. type T. 1115. Listening-through, side tone and I/C. Remote controls control. D/F with loop aerial and sense-finding unit. Colour-coded controls.
Type of wave C.W., M.C.W. and R/T. Certain models, labelled "N", not suitable for R/T.
Frequency range 142 kc/s. to 1,600 kc/s. and 2 Mc/s. to 20 Mc/s.

Purpose

Beam approach receiving equipment. airborne. Gives correct approach track and receives marker beacon signals.  Remotely controlled. Retractable main aerial and 7 ft. 6 in. dipole. Remote control.

Purpose Ground station rack assembly receiver for V.H.F. communication or direction finding. Incorporates A.G.C. manual gain control for D/F with local oscillator for audible beat production.  Also issued for mobile application with transmitter vehicle.

Purpose Designed for use in aircraft with transmitters of the T. 1154 type. Communications and D/F.  Super heterodyne circuit with I F. 560 kc/s., B. BFO 280 kc/s.  R-1155A and R-1155B embody interference suppressor circuits.  All instruments incorporate A.V.C. and manual volume control.  Uni-control tuning with colour-coded controls.

Frequency range 18 Mc/s. to 3 Mc/s. and 1.500 kc/s. to 75 kc/s. with gap between 600 kc/s. and 500 kc/s.  In five ranges.  H.F. l8,5-7,5 Mc/s.. 7,5-3,0 Mc/s. M.F. 1,500-600 kc/s., 500-200 kc/s. and 200-75 kc/s.
