3 Element homebrew yagi
The 3 element homebrew yagi is a conventional design with a driven element, director and a reflector, the antenna is driven using homemade balun. The boom length is 5 Metres (16'3"). This antenna is very lightweight as the elements are made from wire running along the side of 6M long fishing poles which are strapped to a piece of angle which is screwed to the boom. A full construction article will be appearing soon in some of the radio magazines. This is the first time this antenna has been used and it performed perfectly.

2 Element homebrew yagi
The 2 element homebrew yagi is a non-conventional design with a driven element and a director, the antenna is driven using a delta match and 1/2 wave 4:1 balun. The boom length is 2 Metres (6'6"). We didn't use the 2 element beam in CQWW as the new 3 element one performed so well.

This is another homebrew antenna by PA3HBB, it is 7.736M high (~23') and uses linear loading to match 40 and 80M.

Cushcraft AP8A multi-band vertical
The Cushcraft is the only antenna we have which is commercial and unmodified. It sits in the garden in the middle of the 50 sq metre groundplane at ground level.
