UO14 OSCAR 14 Satellite

Whit a simple TM-D700 transceiver and a vertical or GP antenna for 2 meter and 70 centimeter band (GP antenna up about 20 meters from the ground) can I work via this satellite.

I have make satellites QSO’s whit about 40 watts output.

The mode is FM modulation and you must on 2 meter transmit and on 70 centimeter you can Hearn the station that you call.

On this moment is the satellite not work. The satellite is too old, and do no transmit, maybe it is no on the sky.

I have make QSO’s from out Diemen locator JO22LI.

I have work more stations via this satellite but the log is then to long when I write everything.

You can see that you can work via satellite whit a simple antenna. A satellite rotate antenna is better, but it is go also whit a vertical or GP antenna.
