Hi Joe, Just a note to let every one know that a Big THANK YOU is in order
for Mark N2IQU and Don W4RDI and all the speakers for a job well done at the
first EME symposium in Syracuse. Not only was the conference very
informational for the beginner, but plenty of good thoughts and discussions
for the experienced ops. The food was GREAT and of course, I am still in awe
of  Marks Dish!!! ....Again Congrats ..73's to all and see ya on the moon!!

W2UHI:  nothing new.. did another demo last night with W1QC @ N2IQU..

K6IBY:  W1LP/MM DL51ce worked KH6EME BK29go on 2 meters for
        an apparrent new distance record.. did not make it on 70cm,
        only partials.. 

WA8WZG: good time at N2IQU.. see note above... 

VE1ALQ: needs to do some shrubbery  work (removal) to improve window.
        working on tracking boards.

KA0RYT: not much going on .. QRV on 70cm.. Happy #41 .. 

W7CNK:  working on 70cm xmission line .. some activity for Sep 4 
        on 5.7ghz.. put new type 23cm premp

K5JL:   put in new preamp (.18 db nf) and looking good.. 21.8 sun 
        noise on 23cm.. 

K0YW:   still looking for dish up to about 10 meters.. 

KD4LT:  not too active.. doing other chores around.. should be
        home and active next sked weekend.. 19.8 DB SUN 23cm.. 

W7CS:   still trying to recover from power hit.. gear still down..
        still working on the remote site.. and hopes to be back on
        23cm in the next month or so.. a bit depressed from all
        dammage.. 

WA9FWD: working on 13cm gear... 

K5CBL/M: looking for KD4LT... 

AA5C:   nothing new on 10ghz .. a little tropo ....

K2DH:   food & drink & friends were great @ symposium.. will be back 
        in a few months.. 

W8TN/M: about 7 hours to go to home.. great time at symposium.. 
        food was great as well... 

VE1ZJ:  at summer place .. 1 yagi on 2 meter.. had a problem with
        dish control and made a few extra turns .. screwed up 
        feedline.. 

W1ZX/M: Willie heading to Maine..

        #2 yagis 800w 23cm   
        #3 4 yagis 1.5kw 70cm (not QRV)
        9 Aug dish and 14 Aug was yagis with W6HD .. 
        window is still limited.. 

G4RGK:  nothing to report.. will be on for sked ..
