Well your e-mail arrived without any problem on [email protected]
We had a couple of weekend shutdowns on our e-mail service provider here in
Brazil, quite possible someone tried at this time. Everything is running on
schedule with the EME Conference preparations.
I am not receiving however any photo´s of antennas, shacks, etc all those
we are showing in the web page today are from my own personal collection of
QSL´s.
They could send a picture to me through the post if they don´t have
scanning facilities or e-mail at home.
Address for shack pictures, dish or Yagi photo´s etc.

Hi Joe: Don, WA1JOF is now operational on 23cm... I worked him Aug 9th...
He has 4 loop yagies and 100 watts.. He was weak, but is working on more
gooo. He will run with any big stations next sked week end.... He has
heard OE9RC and others. With 250 - 300 watts on his end - he should be
easily workable... 73, J

Hi Joe,
I have some good and bad news, the good news is that I have found a
house to buy. The first thing I checked on is whether towers are allowed
and they are. The bad news is I have to take down 4 towers and will be
off the air for a while. I am planning to start to dismantle the 432 EME
array next week. I have a 120 foot tower with my HF antennas on it to
take down which I am not looking forward to at all! The house I am
buying is up on a high hill. I can see over 20 miles in most directions.
I think it will be a good radio site. I really enjoyed all the EME
contacts and friends I made and I hope to be back on the moon by next
summer. I hate that I will not be able to make the EME contest this
year. I just wanted to send you a line Joe so you and others knew what
happen to me. Thank you Joe for the great job you are doing with the EME
NET. It has helped me make many contacts.

VE4MA: no comments.. tropo up to Minn.. looking for WD5AGO.. will be
on 5.7ghz in about 3 hours..

K0YW: Jay @ Bruce's .. putting station together for 160 thru 23cm.

VE4MA.. fixed the 70cm feed system.. was on the moon last
night with AL7OB but no good.. QRV on 70cm after 1700z..
Tracking system joint effort between W5LBT & K5GW.. .3 deg
accuracy.. now have to put new motor drive on 23cm dish..
VE1ALQ: nothing for the net.. has 5.7ghz skeds today.. has a heavy
duty jackscrew available..
K6IBY: on 2 meter EME .. just waiting for preamp repairs for 70cm
system random..
