Hi Joe,
Sorry for the problems on the net. For some reason my TX-2000 would
jump from SSB to CW. The problem seems to be RF feedback related. It
was also frequency sensitive. When I reduced my power and mover
slightly off 14.245 it was reduced or went away.
I wanted to mention on the net that I will be available over the next
few weeks for skeds as the college and business will be shut down most
of this period. I am interested in skeds (CW and/or JT44) on 70 cm with
JH0WJF and JA8ERE. I think there was another new JA as well. Also
skeds with SM0IOT and OH4LA, if you have a contact for any of these
stations. On 1296 I would like to run with K7XQ.

Worked DF3RU 559/449 and that was the only station that I heard for

UA9FAD - had good echo, no new stn

I brought in the Christmas holiday last night Working Pa3csg on sked for
initial # 19 on 1296 eme at 0100z. Did not hear anyone else tuning around,but
i didnt think I would. I am around until new years day if anybody wants to try,
let me know, the station is 150w to a 3m tvro dish in en61dr near Chicago,il.

After working one-on-one with K5JL on optimizing the 1296 station here
and successfully making good sun noise measurements, I am ready to try with
more 1296 stations.
I am QRV starting at 1130 UTC Dec 28th Saturday. Running a 10 foot dish
and 100 watts at the feed. Any takers ???

W2UHI: bought himself a Christmas present (Network analyzer) but has not received
it yet.. now hopes to be able to adjust the polarizer on feedhorn..
HP model 8754A.. 4mhz to 1300mhz complete..
WA1JOF: still assembling inside station at new place..
W4OP: ordered all aluminum for rack for big amp.. hopes to be working on the
amp during February and get it running before Dayton.. talked to W4SC last
night and really hopes to get his station on EME..
K0YW: still working on N7AM amplifier.. wx is all around..
W9IIX/M: worked PA3CSG on Christmas morning.. nothing heard since .. will be
available till New Years day..
