NET BEGINS
K5JL: just got home from Nashville trip yesterday.. Looks like got the
amp settled down. Did find some carbon oaths to ground in bias
ckt. did not show up with meter. Could see breakdowns with megger.
May change the feed today to check all stuff on 23cm..
K0YW: great time at conference.. QRV on 23cm.. worked 4 stations last
night before contest time.. and 12 after contest started..
W2UHI: was on yesterday afternoon, but not during the contest.. will be on
all during moon window today.
WA4NJP: would like to voice concerns in use of megher.. If you are using it
on coax, don't forget to discharge the coax as it can retain a good
charge. worked CN87 on 6 meters. was on 23cm and found the dish needs to be
up a bit higher to worked JA window.. K7KV on 6 meter EME with 28
3 ele yagis .. steering accomplished by phased steering.
VE1ALQ: not much.. QRV, but has an oscillation in xvter.. hopes to have that
tracked down today..
W5LUA: will be on 23cm today and will be on 10ghz tomorrow.
W7SZ: was 10ghz with 10 foot dish this morning and heard monster signal from
WA7CJO.. 10' dish is far better than 12' dish for tracking reasons.
will be on 23cm today.. only rcv on 10ghz at this time..
WA9FWD: playing around with shack. now working on cleaning cooling system, and
will be back on moon on 23cm later today. Still QRT on 70cm.
W7QX: nice time in Nashville.. worked G4CCH & K0YW yesterday.. Unusual warble
on K0YW signal. tried to call WA4NJP with no reply. will be on today
after 2000.. LF SA and AU ..
N2IQ: found a split in 1 5/8 line and needs to repair..
K5UGM: Nothing new .. just a question about the Dubus contest.. is 2 meters
involved. 23cm project is coming along.
VE6TA: questions about HV ckt on 23cm amp.. Grant is QRV on 23cm with new amp
still a bit drive starved, and needs to shut off HV in rcv..
W5ZN: nothing going on.. doing antenna work today..
WA1JOF: still working on the new amp. has some issues on the bias ckt.
KL7HFQ: was working last night and not on EME last night, but will be on
tonight ..
K5WXN: was on 70cm last night. KU4F had Dan's call wrong.. VK4AFL was on
and worked .. took day off yesterday and went flying..
Will be on 70cm later tooday..
K9BCT/M: will be QRV later on 23cm..
9H1ES: will be on 23cm today and tomorrow..
DL0EF: worked OK1UWA. OK1KIR, SM4DHN, HB9BBU, F6KSX .. S57UUU NIL, DL0SHF NIL.
all on 10ghz.. no more skeds today.. F6KSX & OK1UWA are calling CQ..
looking for more activity.. (Manfred).
KA0Y: will be on 23cm today..

F6KHM/P was active for our annual VHF and up meeting in center
France. The locator is JN07, probably JJ, but not sure !
The station was 8x26 BV and TH308. This is an effort of the
the BLG, which means "Breizh Lunar Gang", where Breizh is
Britanny in the local celtic language !
Personnaly, I am working on on a 2.60 m dish project. The dish
was kindly given to me by F1ANH, the mount is under construction,
as well as the readout systems and preamp. I should be ready for
23cm operation within a few weeks. I will be on at F6KSX for the
Eu EME contest on 3 cm next week end.

I've had it with changing everything everytime I change ISP's. Soooo, I now
have my own Email server and domain name! Hopefullly this is the last
change you will every have to make for me...
