Philips AP4151 NMT450 (Austrian model) phone conversions for radio amateur use.

This software below is made for to help Austrian OM's with their NMT450 version
Philips AP4151 modifications. Because AP4151's original software is made for
20 khz channel spacing,then also original 2080 khz reference quartz is not suitable
for HAM-band 25 khz channel spacing and it is needed to change,
and make the reference injection from external quartz oscillator 12.8 MHz which 
can be found easily from some other radio equipments.This oscillator was selected 
because it is quite easy to find.Naturally can be used other reference quartz but
this software does not operate correctly with other quartz frequencies.
Software is made for 25 khz channel spacing,and was tested in AP4111 by author OH6HTV
and works well.
Anyway he does not guarantee it works surely and correctly in AP4151,because never
tested here in AP4151,by the reason here in Finland there are none of pieces available 
this equipment.
But one of our Austrian friend OE6OCG,has tested the protosoft version
and made some experiments with his AP4151,and the feedback was delightfull,it works
but needs still some minor changes,so this is only for test purposes.
Soon will be available on this page a little corrected new binary for AP4151.
