Intro: If you have a foreign ham license, you will get a license in the Turks and Caicos Islands

Turks and Caicos Amateur Radio Society [TACARS]
The application should be sent to Jody Millspaugh, VP5JM, Cherokee Road, Providenciales, Turks & Caicos Islands, B.W.I.  It should also include her cell number 334-3385 (no area code)  She also advises that it should also be sent by Fed-Ex as mail service is practically non-existent.  Fed-Ex calls her when a package arrives and she picks it up.

Tips:
Terry had very prompt, courteous assistance with VP5JM, Jody Millspaugh, in Provo, who was and is today the Secretary of the Radio Club. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the licence. W5XJ was able to obtain a reciprocal licence, in person, within 7 working days post arrival in Provo. Many contesters enjoy the great location and fabulous wall SCUBA diving, some of the best in the world.

My name is Jody Millspaugh....VP5JM
I am Secretary on THE TURKS & CAICOS AMATEUR RADIO SOCIETY, and at our January 1999 meeting we voted to increase the cost for a VISITORS LICENSE from the original $21.00 to $25.00. We would appreciate it very much if you would update your information in regards to obtaining a recripocal license in VP5land. All of your other information seems to be correct.

Thank you very much in advance.
