Intro: If you have a valid foreign license you can apply for a license in
PTT (from ITU database):

Price:
abt 25,- PLN currency as license fee (abt. 10,-US$)
Special calls:
Your call-sign is per default SO + region# + your suffix. You can ask for a
different suffix or a special callsign but I don't know the mode (and price,
hi). Addition: no additional prices, you can ask for any suffix if still
available (SP4TKK/5)
How long before you can operate?
License restrictions:
Your license is valid for 1 year; all amateur bands but not 6mtrs.
6 mtrs stuff only:
You can get a 6 mtrs license (fixed QTH only!!!) if your rig has a homologation
by Polish radio agency (I have one!!!!). The 6mtrs lis is valid for this rig
only (identified by a serial number). Self made rigs have to be sent to
