FINANCE / BUDGET

The whole trip was planned a „14-days All Inclusive“(means EVERYTHING, even the drinks)
Based on our background information we figured a participation fee of DM 3.000 per person (~ 1.500 USD):

Organiser‘s views:

„Cash in Advance“: Collecting money from all team members early will ensure proper budget realisation
„All inclusive“: Every team member can eat and drink as much as he likes - and not as much as he can afford (=sort of social peace)
„Group journey“: central flight booking will ensure everybody‘s showing up at the right time in the right place...

GENERAL / TRAVEL

Everybody could use the airport next to his home
Coordinating the flight dates/times makes the team arrive at the destination in right-sized group (for in-country transportation):
- four different airlines
- nine originating airports
- two destination airports (Rabat and Casablanca, both 100km apart)
