NOMINATIONS FOR THE UPCOMING YEAR 2009

December 2^nd, 2008

The meeting was called to order by Net Manager N7RBO, the purpose was the nominations for the upcoming election.  Board Members present were K7MKN (via telephone) K7JUC, N7IPG, & W7BXD.  The Board Members up for election was the Western Area, K7SEG, Willamette Valley, KB7JAL, and Director at Large, W7BXD.  All parties said that they we willing to re-run.

Ruth, K7RFO made a motion that all of the above be re-elected by acclamation; it was seconded by K7JUC, and K7DDI.  So no election will be necessary.   All appointed positions were also approved by all Board Members that were present.
