MILLENNIUM 1996

In the year 1996 we are celebrating 1000 years of Austria, and for this anniversary all Austrian Radio Amateurs can work with a special callsing with M (for Millennium) in our Prefix, also OE1KYW = OEM1KYW and OE1BLU=OEM1BLU etc., from 1. January 1996 - 31. December 1996. In a document from the year 996 you can read the first name of Austria "OSTARICHI".
