How to get the AWARD:
This diploma will be issued to OM/SWL who have made QSO/HRD with at least 55 of the following territories with whom the Romans were used to trade :
Endorsements are available for band and mode.
QSO validity 1.1.1985.
QSL cards used for application must be in possession of the applicant but they are not to be sent with your application.
The award is free, and sent as a PDF file (JPG on request).The Diploma will be required to Award manager:
