How to get the AWARD:

The award “GEMELLAGGI DI VENEZIA” /Vinice Twin Cities) is issued to OM/SWL who have made QSO/HRD and received QSL card with Italian radio amateurs and will be able to abide by the requirements provided at point 1. and 2. :

1. spell the words “GEMELLAGGI DI VENEZIA” by using the last letter of any Italian callsign.
2. 1 QSO/HRD with at least 4 of the 6 twin cities with Venice: Dubrovnik ( 9A, Croatia ), Istanbul ( TA, Turkey ), Sarajevo ( E7, Bosnia-Hercegovina ), Suzhou ( Jiangsu province, suffix 4QA-4XZZ, P.R. of China ), Tallinn ( ES, Estonia ), Yerevan ( EK, Armenia ).

Callsigns from San Marino ( T7 ), the SMOM ( 1A ), the Vatican ( HV ) and foreign operators operating portable in Italy are not accepted for this award.

Endorsements are available for band and mode.

QSO validity 1.1.1985.

QSL cards used for application must be in possession of the applicant but they are not to be sent with your application.
The award is free, and sent as a PDF file (JPG on request).
