It would seem that all of our members have assets that they bring to OCSPARC and I encourage all members to share their talents for the betterment of the club. Amateur radio is a hobby capable of exciting even the most stoic of us and it is the theme of OCSPARC to preserve that ability. I hope that we never get to a point where the politics or the need for power jade our activities in the club. OCSPARC was formed under a mandate, that being the absolute need to belong to a radio club with ethics, moral fiber, and a solid belief in following the rules. We will not stoop to trashing other amateurs, we will not utilize a repeater to either break the law, i.e., broadcasting or to carry on a political campaign of hate or slander. We will leave such activities to the lawless, self-aggrandizing dolts. I call on all OCSPARC members to join with me in these pursuits and to help me build a radio club to be proud of.
