Northwestern Nevada Packet Network
Welcome to the Northwestern Nevada Packet Network

When packet first started, there would be a Digipeater located on some Mountain Top. The packet stations operator would need to know the callsign and/or alias of each location between their home station and where they wanted to connect. BPQ simplifies this process. BPQ keeps track of all routes and mountain top stations it can hear over RF and Internet. You still need to know where a callsign is located but instead of doing multiple connects down the line to Reno; I can simply connect to the node locally and then type C RNO and let the network do the rest.

Please contact John Collis, W7JDC for your user name and password or if you have any questions.
