Bureau cards are also welcome via NUØQ. I will respond via the bureau. US hams can send QSLs for KP2/NUØQ and V31BC (2005) via NUØQ through the ARRL Outgoing QSL Bureau.

For QSOs with V31BC, cards have not been designed or printed yet. I will send your card as soon as the cards are ready.

QSL requests for QSOs with V31BC prior to 2005 (1991?) should be sent to DL5XL, formerly DL8OBC.

Except for mobile QSOs, all QSOs with NUØQ, KP2/NUØQ, and V31BC as well as WBØCSG and WNØCSG are in the ARRL Logbook of the World and updated regularly.
