Diplomas from the Central Radio Club in Moscow, as well as regional diplomas, were sent centrally to the radio club of the applicant.
Application for a diploma or award must be sent by mail directly to the radio club that issued diploma.
After the collapse of the USSR, each of the former Soviet republics issues its own local diplomas.
