Diplomas of Central Radio Club (CRC) awarded HAM who contacted by radio from his location with other Radio amateurs in different territories of the former USSR
from the Baltic Sea to the Pacific Ocean and all over the World.
Radio territories in the former USSR and now in Russia are usually administrative territories - oblast, republic or national region.
Like a rule, each regional Radio Club in Russia has a self diploma to ordain a famous geographical or more often political occurrence that it was in this area.
