Chip database changes in v6.85 "InfoIC.dll" for the original TL866CS / TL866A MiniPro programmer.

Hex values are little endian.
(num) info in brackets indicate what the little endian hex values refer to.
Eg. "F4 01" is 16 bit "01F4" in hex. Convert it to decimal gives you the number of microseconds, in this case "01F4" hex = "500" decimal microseconds.
The Vpp parameters relate to port bit outputs from the internal PIC microcontroller to the up voltage converter.
