Loving only you
For so many years
Has taken its toll.
I am marked for life;
I remain
Strong for you
But no longer straight.
You have bent me
To your needs,
Molded me
To your form,
Altered me forever,
For your pleasure
Exclusively.
So you can never
Send me away
Into the arms
Of another.
I am incapable.
And besides
It wouldn't be
Quite . . .
Fitting.
