You'd think with all the rain we've had in California that they'd have enough snow in Alaska to run this thing, but the press release from February states that there's not enough snow in Wasilla for the restart on Sunday. So they move the restart an hour farther north to Willow, Alaska. They did this last year also. It was a balmy -15 degrees in Willow last year. The restart is the actual beginning of the race.
