2 Meter Fox Transmitter
This is a typical Fox configuration a hunter would expect to see during an ARDF event. Of course it not usually located in the middle of a grassy field. Pictured is the official three sided prism with orange and white color scheme. Hanging below the prism is the punch. Below the prism is one of the actual 2 meter transmitters used during the Region 3 Championships held in Townsville, Australia. Notice the horizontal polarization of the antenna. The transmitter was designed and built by Ron Graham, VK4BRG. You can visit Ron at his webpage.
